It was a fun day at NEWBREED Jiu Jitsu Federation in Birmingham! We took four competitors, and two of them competed for the very first time today! We are bringing home four gold medals, and two default silvers. We are proud of the growth that they've all shown, and the effort that they put forth today!

What a day at in Huntsville! Apex fielded 10 competitors for the tournament, and we are bringing home 8 golds, 4 silvers, and a bronze with a total of 23 wins on the day! We had two competitors step on the competition mat for the very first time, and we also had two other athletes bring home *double gold*! We placed first overall in the kids division today, which was awesome. Next time, we are coming for that adult trophy too 💪. Good work, crew!

It's been a tough couple of weeks of competitions for the good guys! Last week and this week were definitely a step up in difficulty. J Bird hit his second and third tournament in a row! He didn't get the gold, but we picked up a silver and a bronze, with wins in both comps. Jacob faced his first 70+ win competitor in Intermediate last week, and came up short, but fought well. We are proud of our crew! 💪
