Our final count for the 45th Reunion (NEXT WEEKEND) Banquet is now 54 classmates & 39 spouses, with 5 former teachers & 2 spouses set to attend = 100 total. - Get ready to celebrate Fri. 10/17 at the 1851 Underground Tap & Grill; followed by our Sat. morning tour of our old FHS (10 a.m.-Noon), with our Sat. evening banquet at the Fulton Country Club, from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. - "Welcome back & welcome home...Class of 1969'ers!"

Hey FHS Class of 1969'ers...we now have 50 classmates & 36 spouses (86 total) coming to our 45th Reunion Banquet on Sat. night, 10/18, at the Fulton Country Club. - With our goal of honoring our surviving local retired educators, our total attendance will be near 95 total! - Great turnout...it should be a fantastic weekend to take the trip down memory lane!!!

THERE IS A SCHEDULE-CHANGE ON TOURING OUR OLD FHS BLDG. (now the Fulton Middle School, 403 E. 10th St.). The current principal has set the hours as 10 a.m. to Noon on Sat. 10/18, as there are 2 classes having reunions & wanting to tour the ol' stomping grounds. Our Class of '69 & their Class of '64 will be able to take individual tours hosted by a few Fulton Middle School teachers & student council members. - So...take your cameras or camera phones & walk the halls down memory lane, several hours prior to our banquet! (Don't show up at the old FHS from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., as stated in our invitations!) - See you there from 10 a.m. to Noon!!!

More details about the 45th class reunion will be given on this new FB page within the next week. By August 1st, we hope to be able to send emails out, make phone calls, and snail-mail the actual invitations. WE CERTAINLY HOPE YOU WILL BOOK THE WEEKEND OF OCT. 17TH-19TH, SO THAT YOU MIGHT "RETURN HOME" TO CELEBRATE OUR HIGH SCHOOL YEARS AND OUR GRADUATION, AS WE ALL SOCIALIZE AND REMINISCE ABOUT "THE GOOD OL' DAYS" OF 1965-1969, at FHS!

The weekend of October 17th-19th, 2014 was agreed upon by the organizational committee as being the best weekend for the 45th Class Reunion to be held. With no Mizzou home football game and no major alumni or parents events at William Woods or Westminster, this allowed us to be able to find some vacancies in Fulton, Kingdom City and Columbia/Jeff City hotels, for our class of 1969 out-of-towners (who no longer have relatives in Fulton). A later posting will have some hotel referrals where you will be able to search room reservations.

An organizational committee meeting was held on 7/15/14 to begin preparations for a 45th Fulton High School Class of 1969 Reunion. The new committee for this event consists of Tim Rice, Fred Binggeli and Tom Briggs as Co-Chairs, along with Royce & Susan Anderson, Carolyn Barcak-Horstmeier and Bill Painter. Offering advice on the past, 40th Class Reunion has been Terry Keith.
