Job specifics:
- 30 โ 40 hrs/wk. Typically 7:30 am until 1:30 pm, Monday thru Friday, but flexible.
Applicants must be:
- at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a background screening.
- Experience & knowledge of caring for infants required.
- Must be flexible, positive, patient and have a deep love for children
- Must be organized, clean, creative and energetic.
- They must be willing to become CPR certified and follow all state licensing guidelines while employed with the center
Team member will be responsible for the following:
- Working with infants by providing stimulating activities that focus on language, rhythm, sensory, gross and fine motor and etc.
- Meeting all the needs of growing babies, specifically feeding, diapering, keeping them clean and treating them with respect and love. This also involves lots of talking to them.
- Maintaining a clean, safe environment for the infants in their care.
- Work with the entire daycare family (team members, management and families) for the betterment of the children, their families and center environment.
- Team member must also maintain a positive attitude and image while employed with the center.
- Team member must be flexible and fill in where needed if the need arise.
