Congrats to William Woods first ever NAIA wrestling All-American, Mariyah Brumley. Mariyah was unseeded in the National Tourney, and came home with 7th place. Mariyah defeated the 6th and 8th seeds, along with beating a conference champion along the way, to claim 7th place in the country. Brumley was ranked in final Women’s NAIA ranking at 207. Mariyah ends her freshman campaign 19-6, with 17 pins, 1 tech fall, and NAIA All-American honors!!!

📰Fulton's own, Elijah Brocksmith, was named American Midwest Conference Freshman of the Year and became William Woods University's second national qualifier in as many seasons as the Owls placed fifth out of nine teams overall and second out of four AMC teams with 87½ points in the AMC/Sooner Athletic Conference Championships, hosted by No. 21 Oklahoma City University Saturday at Abe Lemons Arena.⬇️
