Our skating lessons are GLOWING to an end! ✨🛼

Our Hounds have had so much fun learning, growing, and building their confidence on wheels during PE! From those first careful laps to skating around with big smiles, it has been so much fun watching their progress! 🐾❤️

A HUGE thank you to Coach Faulkner and Coach Whittington for always creating engaging learning environments that make our students excited to participate, try something new, and keep moving! They truly know how to make PE an experience our Hounds will remember! 🛼🌟

And what better way to wrap up skating than with a little GLOW SKATING?! 💚💜💙

Another dynamic coaching duo on our campus that we’d love to recognize are our amazing PE coaches, Coach Faulkner and Coach Whittington! ❤️🐾

These two bring energy, encouragement, teamwork, and FUN to our Hounds every single day! From building healthy habits to teaching sportsmanship and perseverance, they make such a positive impact on our students.

❤️🐾 Happy National Instructional Coaches Day! 🐾❤️
Today we are celebrating two incredible educators who make a difference at Huggins every single day — Jill & April!
Our instructional coaches work tirelessly behind the scenes and right alongside our teachers to strengthen instruction, problem-solve, encourage, celebrate, and ultimately make learning better for our Hounds. Their impact reaches far beyond a lesson plan or classroom visit — they help our teachers feel supported, confident, and never alone.
When we asked our staff about Jill and April, the words said it all: kind, encouraging, positive, calming, supportive, thoughtful, a listening ear, a problem solver, and a little bit of sunshine and Disney magic! ✨
Jill & April, thank you for answering ALL the questions, sharing ideas, jumping in with students, providing feedback with kindness, celebrating our teachers, and always keeping student success at the heart of your work.
We are incredibly lucky to have you cheering on our Hounds and our staff every step of the way. You truly are two of our Huggins MVPs! 🏈🏆🐾
Drop some ❤️ in the comments and help us celebrate Jill & April today! ❤️🖤🤍💜

Happy National Principal Month!
Celebrating Our Principal, Jenn Brewer! 🐾❤️

At the heart of Huggins is a leader who truly leads with her heart. Jenn keeps our Hounds at the center of every decision she makes, always asking what is best for our students, our staff, and our school community.

Her passion for people is evident in the way she encourages others, builds relationships, celebrates successes, and shows up when someone needs support. She believes in people, invests in people, and works every day to make Huggins a place where everyone feels valued and cared for.

We are so grateful for the heart, dedication, and love Jenn pours into our Huggins family. ❤️

Thank you, Jenn, for leading with heart and always putting our Hounds first! 🐾❤️🤍🖤

Our Huggins Student Council officers attended a leadership conference today where they learned valuable skills, gained new ideas, and connected with student leaders from other schools. We can’t wait to see them bring what they learned back to Huggins and put their leadership skills into action!
