Some of you know, but for those who don't my oven has been broken for about 6 months. For someone who relies on an oven almost daily, this was a huge issue.

With the month of December being here, I wanted to share some new cookie flavors from my kitchen. This first one, Hot Chocolate Cookie, goes well with the movie Polar Express.

This large cookie is made of chocolate cookie dough and stuffed with marshmallows. It is then topped with white chocolate, more mini marshmallows, and some chocolate drizzle.
