4-6 Year Old's Class 🖤

Ages 4–6 are such an important stage for developing body awareness, balance, coordination, and motor skills. At this age, kids are still learning how to control and confidently move their bodies—and jiu jitsu is one of the best ways to help develop those skills in a fun, structured environment.

Through movements practiced in this class, kids improve coordination, focus, confidence, and spatial awareness without even realizing they’re learning. 👊
