Sport Psych Club meeting tonight at 7pm in KHS-174, we hope to see you all there! If you can't wait until 7pm to get your "sport psych lens" on, then here is something you can check out in the meantime. Great example of a high quality program doing the "little" things to prepare their student-athletes for life on and off the field. "The way you do anything is the way you do everything"

Just a reminder that our club is meeting tonight at 7pm in KHS-174 for all those who are interested. Our meeting agenda includes: setting up a plan/schedule for the remainder of the semester, discuss the AASP Conference, and any other points of emphasis that people would like to discuss....

Andre Williams credits 'mental push-ups' for improved catching skill - NFL Nation - ESPN The Giants running back has worked tirelessly to make receiving a part of his game, an aspect which he did very little of in college.
1st Club meeting of the new school year will take place next Tuesday (August 25th) @ 7pm. It will be a quick meeting just to re-unite and setup a more permanent schedule for the remainder of the semester. Please message us if you can't attend during this time slot and would prefer a different time. Also send Zach a message if you are not on the club email list and would like to be.
