America's Champions for 2026 in Hong Kong for the Global Final. While we didn't win, we were very, very close! It is very clear that Cal State Fullerton and the Titan Capital Management program are one of the elite universities and programs in the world that regularly have a chance to win it all. TCM has now reached the Global Final 2 of the last 4 years and when you consider that only 6 teams in the world get to the Global Final out of over 1000 that start this is quite an accomplishment! Pictures are from various outings and the Global Final stage with the team suited up in presentation attire. For those considering the TCM program, this could be you and it's nothing short of a great opportunity and experience. Congratulations to the team and Professor Ko and team mentor Derek Derman that are pictured here, and you will note the nice dinner we had after the Final with the entire TCM entourage. Collaboration and team work are part of the TCM experience so it was nice to have so many there rooting the team on and supporting them. For those of you interested in the CFA IRC competition, get your game up and let's get it next year!

Meet America's Champions for 2026! The only team in the CFA IRC to represent the United States in the Global Final. TCM along with the University of Waterloo, prevailed at America's Regional Final today and have qualified to go to Hong Kong for the Global Final. 6 teams left after 1000 teams entering the competition. This will be the second trip for TCM to the Global final with the last being 2023.

Exciting day for TCM! We have made it to America's Regional Finals of the CFA Institute Research Challenge and will present today. The winner(s) will advance to the Global Final. Here's a link if you want to watch the competition:

Presentations will start in about 50 minutes. Congratulations to the students and Professor Ko and mentor, Derek Derman, for getting this far. There are less than 20 teams left in the competition that started with over 1000 teams. 6 teams will go to the Global Final.
