Hypno … BABIES? These are babies whose parents choose to easily and naturally prepare for childbirth using the Hypnobabies method of Hypnotic Childbirth, which some might call “hypno-birthing”. Hypnobabies however, is very different in that at Hypnobabies we teach real medical hypnosis techniques, creating an automatically peaceful, relaxing and more comfortable pregnancy, a calm confident Birth P
artner, and an easier, much more comfortable natural birthing for our Hypno-Mom. Have you ever wondered what is Hypnobabies? Hypnobabies is a very successful 6 week, 3-hours per week, complete childbirth education course that was adapted with permission from Master Hypnotherapist Gerald Kein’s “Painless Childbirth Program” techniques rather than using simple relaxation, breathing or guided imagery. This allows our Hypno-Moms to enjoy “eyes-open childbirth hypnosis”, easily remaining deeply in hypnosis while walking, talking and changing positions; being as mobile as they would like to be during childbirth. Hypnobabies is well-known for helping women to create much shorter, easier and more comfortable labors, making childbirth the joyful experience it was meant to be. Expectant mothers use our Hypnobabies Workbook, audio tracks and hypnosis scripts to re-train their subconscious minds that contractions in labor will be perceived by their body as pressure or a squeezing-type sensations, and/or pushing, pulling and normal baby movement sensations. With the use of real, medical-grade hypnosis and the type of hypnotic compounding (repetition) that our Hypnobabies students learn, practice and use during labor, normal birthing sensations can easily be transformed into pleasurable ones. Our Hypno-moms are also fully in tune with their babies during the birthing process, and as aware of everything around them as they’d like to be, easily able to communicate with their support team, and completely in charge of their own birth experience. Hypnobabies uses the same medical hypnosis techniques that people employ when preparing for surgery without any drugs, which is called hypno-anesthesia. Our classes also teach Hypnobabies Birth Partners how to fully support the Hypno-Moms, and Hypnobabies is also used very successfully by single mothers. A willing Birth Partner is a bonus! Including a very comprehensive childbirth education curriculum also ensures that our Hypno-moms remain deeply committed to their Hypnobabies training, since they need not go anywhere else for childbirth education. Other natural childbirth classes are wonderful, but many teach “pain-coping”, and “pain-management”, which is directly in opposition to our Hypnobabies suggestions that encourage an easier, more comfortable, joyful childbirth. The final last trimester:
I hit 27 weeks today, easily entering into that third trimester🤰🏼It’s bittersweet 💗 This will likely be our last... I say likely because who knows the future, but if we'd have more, there'd have to be two more (5 is my lucky number) and reality sucks me back in 🤪
My body has served me well through almost three pregnancies now 💞 I don’t EVER take that for granted ~ the ability to get pregnant; to enjoy being pregnant; feeling those kicks, somersaults and bumps; to carry these bless'ed children; to birth without complications and to birth in safe spaces 🙌
So, here’s to the beginning of my last trimester🙏 May my body continue nourishing this sweet baby until it decides to arrive Earthside 💕

Answer: A Beautiful Birth Story ~
"That class was crucial. Thank you again for everything. Everything went great. We stayed home as long as we could, thought this would make you proud! 40 hours of birthing time. I almost gave up. But with the help of HUBBY and my doula we got it done. And of course Hypnobabies helped! And my Jesus music haha. No one harassed our choices, in fact, they were all supportive and nice about everything. We literally had the perfect team. I feel so blessed. And they let me birth her on my side and wear whatever I want. We did all natural, no IV, no crazy monitors, just me my body and our baby. I would have never felt confident without the education from Hypnobabies. Our birth plan, everyone respected and we felt confident giving it to them because of you. So thank you again so so much. My bloody show was Saturday am at 8am, we walked all day Saturday. Started having birth waves throughout the day but nothing crazy til that night. They were irregular but kept me up all night. Sunday was stronger birth waves but still not consistent till Sunday night we were at contractions every 3-4 min for an hour and that's when we decided to go. I let them check me when we got there and I was at 4cm. Then out of no where I could feel a whole new different kind of birth wave. They asked if I'd liked to be checked again and I said no. So we waited another hour and then I agreed and I was at 9cm. But my water hadn't broke. So then we said a prayer and literally my next pressure wave, my waters broke. I pushed 5 times and there she was. I did tear so that sucks. But I pushed when I wanted and my Dr was totally cool with that."
Finished up a great Hyponobabies series with 3 incredible couples 💗 received this from one couple that had their final makeup class today and then saw this beautiful "pregnant" woman cloud this afternoon ~ what a wonderful gift. Yay to all my wonderful, beautiful, Hypnobabies mamas & proud, dedicated, supportive Daddys ~ I know you will have spectacular, meaningful and memorable birth experiences xoxo 🌺
