💿 Estefania Hernandez is a Chilean, half Spanish, music business professional based in Los Angeles, specializing in artist management, marketing, public relations, and strategic career development. She works across the marketing, publicity, artist development, and strategic partnerships teams at Cosmica Artists, an independent record label and management company known for working with acclaimed artists such as Carla Morrison, The MarÃas, and other influential independent artists, where she supports release campaigns, digital marketing, publicity, retail partnerships, award campaigns, and artist development. In addition to her work at the label, Estefania manages and consults independent artists and producers, helping develop long-term career strategies while collaborating across multiple areas of the music industry.
Estefania is an active member of the Recording Academy, Latin Recording Academy, Women in Music, A2IM (American Association of Independent Music), and other leading music industry organizations. She has also contributed to projects and industry opportunities involving platforms and organizations such as Ones To Watch-Live Nation, further expanding her professional network and commitment to artist development.
Throughout her career, she has contributed to projects involving internationally recognized artists such as GRAMMY-winning singer-songwriter Gaby Moreno, while also working alongside emerging artists and producers across the United States and Latin America.
Estefania holds an Associate of Science in Music Business and an Associate of Arts in Vocal Performance from the Musicians Institute in Los Angeles. She began her music education at Berklee College of Music before relocating to Los Angeles to continue her studies at the Musicians Institute. After facing vocal health challenges, she made the difficult decision to step away from a career as a performer.
