We’re thrilled to announce two important leadership appointments in the Division of Student Affairs and Strategic Enrollment Management! 🎉

🔵 Dr. Jessica Barco has been appointed permanently as Associate Vice President for Strategic Enrollment Management. With nearly two decades of dedicated service and a deep commitment to student-centered success, Dr. Barco will continue leading key areas including Admissions, Financial Aid, Recruitment, the Titan Hub, Career Center, and more.

🟠 Dr. Jennifer Hammat joins us as Associate Vice President for Engagement and Student Success. Bringing extensive leadership experience from across Student Affairs, she will oversee Athletics Academic Services, the Male Success Initiative, EOP, TRIO, Veterans Resource Center, and more.

Please join us in congratulating Dr. Barco and warmly welcoming Dr. Hammat to the Titan family! We’re excited for the continued impact these exceptional leaders will have on our students and campus community.

Division of Student Affairs and Strategic Enrollment Management staff gathered together for Denim Day 2026, standing in solidarity with and in support of survivors of sexual violence.

Each year during Sexual Assault Awareness Month, Denim Day serves as a meaningful reminder of our shared responsibility to stand against violence and victim-blaming.

Through this act of solidarity, we affirm our dedication to fostering a community where every person feels safe and supported.
