"I am honored to be joining Fruitvale ISD. I will be serving as the elementary PE teacher at Hallie Randall Elementary, as well as the district’s Strength & Conditioning Coach. I will also be coaching football, powerlifting, and softball.

I am originally from the Rio Grande Valley and earned my bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley before completing my master’s degree in Health and Kinesiology at Texas Southern University.

I am grateful for the opportunity to become part of the Fruitvale community and look forward to building meaningful relationships with our students, staff, and families. I am excited to begin this new chapter and am committed to helping our students grow through physical education, athletics, and the values of hard work, discipline, and character."

Hello! I’m Delia Gonzalez, and I’m grateful to be part of this wonderful school community. I truly enjoy working with children and helping them feel confident, supported, and excited to learn. I believe that kindness, patience, and encouragement can make a lasting impact, and I strive to create a welcoming environment where every student feels valued. When I’m not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family and making memories with my son. We are excited to have Hannah joining our Bobcat team as our 3rd and 4th Grade Science and Social Studies teacher!

Hannah is passionate about helping students discover the world around them through hands-on learning, curiosity, and meaningful experiences. She believes every child has the ability to learn and grow and is committed to creating a classroom where students feel safe, supported, and excited to ask questions, take risks, and explore new ideas.

Outside of school, Hannah enjoys spending time with her daughter, exploring the outdoors, and caring for her ever-growing collection of plants.

We are excited to welcome Anna Perritt to Hallie Randall Elementary as part of the Special Education Team!

Anna is a 2024 graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University, where she earned her degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (EC–6).

Anna has a passion for working with children and enjoys serving in her local church through Sunday School and music ministry. She also has roots in the Fruitvale community, with several family members who have been proud members of the Bobcat family over the years.

We’re excited to welcome Courtney Houser to the Hallie Randall Elementary family as our newest 1st grade teacher! Courtney brings a heart for kids, a passion for learning, and a special connection to Fruitvale as one of our own. We know she’ll be a wonderful addition to our Bobcat family.

Hello! My name is Courtney Houser, and I am excited to be joining the 1st grade team at Fruitvale ISD. I am a proud graduate of Fruitvale High School, and it is truly special to have the opportunity to teach in the same community that helped shape me.

I recently earned my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Western Governors University and have worked in education for the past several years. Throughout my time in the classroom, I have developed a deep love for helping students learn, grow, and build confidence in themselves.

My husband and I have been married for 15 years, and together we have three wonderful children, one of whom attends Fruitvale. When I’m not at school, you can usually find me spending time with my family, caring for animals, or enjoying the outdoors on our farm.

I am passionate about creating a positive, engaging classroom where every child feels valued, supported, and excited to learn. I look forward to partnering with students and families for a fantastic school year!
