The first day of school this year was exciting, exhausting, thrilling, tiring, interesting, invigorating - yet weariness reigns, and blessed.

Mostly this day was blessed.

Five students, 2 in first grade, one in 3rd grade, one in 5th grade and one working on GED prep. And every single one of these boys is a wonderful student. I'm really looking forward to this school year.

Our new school year has begun with a blessing. We had a double rainbow over our playground on Friday.

Graduation is coming soon! We have a 12th grader graduating this year. This is our first 12th grade graduation and we are excited - although we are also sad to see our girl leave us. Angela Goldtooth has been a blessing to this school since she first came here in 6th grade. We have seen her grow and mature and become a delightful young lady. We will miss her, but are very proud of who she has become and wish her the best in all her endeavors in the future.
