Thank you to every teen who came out and spent their Tuesday night with us! 🫶🏼 It’s always a good time at City Youth—and last night was no exception!! We shared plenty of laughs, battled it out with Nerf guns, and had some real conversations about keeping our faith bright, BOLD, and never camouflaged. 🔥

Our faith shouldn’t disappear depending on the people we’re around, the places we go, or the situations we face. We’re called to stand out, live differently, and represent Jesus wherever we are!

No blending in. No hiding. No camouflaging Christ. 🙌🏼🌿

Heads Up City Youth! 🗣️ This Tuesday, September 1st, we want YOU to wear Camo for Christ!

What does that mean? You should show up in your comfiest, cutest or coolest camo gear you have so we can fellowship, pray and just hang out together in the comfort and camo of God’s presence. 😆🤪

Come join us from 6-8pm for a time of connection and NOT camouflaging our faith. 💪🏽🙌🏾

🎉 What an AMAZING week we’ve had with our City Youth family! ❤️

Tuesday night’s Youth Group got to celebrate Ross’ birthday 🎂🎈 and our Teen Beach Day event was last Friday!🏖️☀️

We’ve been making memories, sharing laughs, and enjoying every moment with some of the most amazing kids we know!

We’re all about loving God, loving each other, and making memories that last a lifetime. 💙🙌

City Church is SO thankful for these kids, these moments, and the incredible community we get to build together! 🫶✨ If you have a teenager, or know of any that would love to be in the presence of great people and God’s amazing grace tell them about us at City Church Youth!!

🌊🔥 ITS FINALLY HERE!!! YOUTH BEACH DAY IS TOMORROW!!! 🔥🌊

We are headed to Chincoteague for a full day of sun, laughs, beach games, snacks, ice cream, and LOTS of fun with our youth crew. 😎🏖️🙌

🚨 IMPORTANT: We are LEAVING THE CHURCH AT 8:00 AM SHARP — not pulling in at 8:10… LEAVING at 8! 😂 So be there early, ready to load up and GO!

Pack your beach stuff, bring your energy, and get ready for a day full of fellowship and awesome memories with our people. 💜

Tomorrow is gonna be a GOOD one. 🌊☀️ Maybe even more fun than last time!?! Who’s ready?! 🙌🔥

YOUTH BEACH DAY IS THIS FRIDAY THE 21ST! ☀️🌊🏖️

We’re leaving City Church at 8:00 AM SHARP and heading to Chincoteague, VA! 🏄🏻

We’ll load up the church van and Ms. Caitlyn’s car so we can bring as many teens as possible. Please be on time - so you won’t be left behind! 😭

Feel free to bring spending money if you would like to partake in our ice cream stop or shopping at the surf shops - but not a necessity!

🍦 Island Creamery pit stop
🛍️ A little surf shop shopping on the way home

We’ll begin packing up and heading home around 3:00 PM and arrive back at the church between 5:00–6:00 PM.

We can’t wait for a full day of fun, food, and fellowship with our youth! 💗🏝️🙌

🔥 City Youth Group is TONIGHT! 🔥

Join us at 6 PM for a night of fun, faith, and time spent with some of our favorite people!

Bring a friend, come ready to laugh, and let’s grow closer to Jesus together. 🙌

Now that we’ve had a couple days to RECOUP after our 12 hour Lock-In.. 😂😴🔥 We want to show just how much we got into!

Fun was had. Food was eaten. Games were played. Some scares may have even happened. 😂 🥸

But most importantly, the Lord filled our building with SO much love, laughter, and connection. 💜

Through our Bible study, Bible charm crafts, games, team bonding, and simply spending time together, we were able to grow closer—not only to one another, but closer to Him. 🙌✨

This night was such a beautiful reminder that God can work in so many different ways. Sometimes it’s through a lesson. Sometimes it’s through a conversation. Sometimes it’s through screams or laughter at 2 AM with your church family. 😂

Friday night we watched friendships grow, walls came down, and our teens became more comfortable learning, sharing, and doing life together. 🤍

We may have walked out Saturday morning exhausted… but we also walked out full. 🥹

Thank you to everyone who helped make our Lock-In Night one our teens won’t forget! 🔒🔥

We locked in with our people, but most importantly—we locked in with Jesus. 🙌💜 We can’t wait to do it again! 🫶🏽

Who’s ready?! 🙌

We’ve got a full night ahead with good food🍴, big laughs🤭, plenty of games 🎯 and time to grow together in faith. 💜✝️

Don’t forget — it’s an ALL-NIGHTER! Come in your comfy clothes and ready to stay awake, make memories, and have some serious fun. 😂😴

Parents, we know you’re probably just as excited for those 12 kid-free hours. 😂

We’ll see you at 7 PM for drop-off and 7 AM for pick-up!

More than anything, we’re excited to see what God continues to do through our teen ministry as we spend the night building friendships, growing in faith, and locking in with our people. 🙌✨
