Went to the neurodiversity expo today. They had a lot of amazing booths there. Came out with a ton of new resources! Here are just a few flyers I walked away with! Also ran into some amazing people I used to work with. Did not get pictures with all of them. *sad day* Made me feel like putting the band back together!

Had an awesome time networking with some amazing people! Thanks for remembering to take a photo Dawn!

Across the Spectrum Farmstead isn’t just about neurodivergence. It is about connection, helping the community, meeting people where they are, a safe space, and the ability to adapt to all situations.

What we do.
We are an animal-assisted autism sensory farm, nature learning center, and rescue.
We were established in 2024. In 2025, we received our 501(c)(3) non-profit status.
We are assent-based, play-based, person-led, trauma- and polyvagal-informed.
We are a parent advocacy group. We work with a variety of professionals in the area. If we are unable to help or work with you, we can guide you in the right direction.
Our services are truly “Across the Spectrum”.
We do farm tours for people who want to spend time with animals or just learn about a farm.
We host birthday parties for all ages.
We do animal-assisted learning sessions where we can help people learn ADL’s, social-emotional communication, boundaries, and confidence.
We have a program called Horse Powered Reading where we work on reading skills with people of all ages. If you don’t feel comfortable with horses, that’s okay! We can do Goat Powered Reading or partner with any of the animals on our farm!
We are gearing up to open our special needs/medically complex library. We will have things to borrow or give out.
We have group sessions for glass children of all ages.
We have group nature sessions for all ages. Where we do fun crafts each session.
We do summer camps and camps when the district is on break.
We also have parent coaching sessions. These are individual or group.
We do fundraisers and drives for things the community needs.
We are always accepting volunteers. You can come once to check it out, or we can put you on a schedule. Volunteers can do pretty much anything from cleaning stalls to building things to helping with sessions. Just let us know what you are most interested in.

It’s kind of an amazing feeling when you have hay in your own field. Far from perfect hay, but it’ll feed the goats for a few months. Maybe next year we will be able to feed the horses for a few months as well! Baby steps! Thanks Hall-N-Hay for helping us out getting these fields of dirt looking a little better! ❤️
