“ Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” Colossians 3:23

This picture may just look like a row of backpacks…but to a teacher, it represents so much more. ❤️

It represents hard work. Focus. Repetition. Routine.

Every day we practice the little things—where our belongings go, how we enter our classroom, how we listen, how we follow directions, how we care for our things, and how we care for one another.

We practice again…and again…and again.

And then one day, you look up and realize they don’t need to be reminded anymore. 🥹

These little routines are building something much bigger than an organized hallway. They are building responsibility, independence, self-discipline, and confidence.
