It has come to our attention that fraudulent actors are posing as representatives of Sanford-Fritch ISD to solicit sponsorship money from local businesses.

Specifically, emails from [email protected] are targeting local owners under the guise of selling ad space for high school athletic teams. In some cases, scammers are copying district staff email addresses onto messages to make their pitch look legitimate.

Please be aware that Elite Sports Promotions is not affiliated with our school district in any way.

How to Protect Your Business:

Verify directly: If you receive a sponsorship request, contact our athletic department or administration office directly to confirm it is authentic before sending funds.

Do not pay unsolicited callers: Never share credit card or banking details over the phone or through unverified email chains.

Report scams: File suspicious requests with the Better Business Bureau and your local Chamber of Commerce.
