Yesterday, the original Frisco Music Center sign was removed from our old suite. It was bittersweet to see it go — that sign carried more than a decade of memories, customers, lessons, and music.

We didn’t have a place for it on our new storefront, so we’ll be revamping our window decals and designing a fresh new sign that reflects who we are today. But one thing needs to be clear:

We are still in our building.
We never left. We simply shifted into the updated section of the store — the space with new flooring, long wall runs, and room to grow.

Construction forced us to adapt, but it didn’t push us out. We’re here, we’re rebuilding, and we’re excited for what’s next.

New signage is coming. New energy is here.
And your local music store is still right where you expect it to be.

Walking through Frisco Music Center today, I felt something I haven’t let myself feel in a long time — pride. We made it through almost two years of disruptive road construction that completely surrounded our store. It was exhausting, stressful, and at times genuinely discouraging. But we’re still here.

We had to give up our original suite — even the coveted corner with those beautiful windows — and pivot into the downstairs section with updated flooring and long stretches of wall space. We are still right here at 6726 W Main Street in Frisco. Over the past two years, the walls emptied more than we wanted, but we kept going. And now, on the other side of construction, we’re rebuilding with purpose. Although we are still constructing, the store is starting to feel alive again.

We’re adding new lines we’re excited about: Fender, Guild, Cordoba, and reintroducing Ibanez, joining our existing family of Jackson, Charvel, EVH, Yamaha, Gretsch, Alvarez, and many more. The energy is coming back, and the shelves are filling again.

To our long‑time customers and friends: thank you. Your patience, loyalty, and encouragement carried us through the hardest stretch we’ve ever faced.
