Congratulations to Wes, Shiva and Shiloh on their amazing performances with the 2026 TMEA All-State ensembles! They have spent the past 3 days rehearsing at the convention in San Antonio. Less than 3% of Texas students become a member of the All-State band each year. We are so proud of you all!

We are heartbroken to share the loss of one of our band members, Anthony Lopez. Anthony was a sophomore trumpet player who was kind, gentle, deeply caring, and friendly to everyone he met. His presence meant so much to those around him, and he will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and our band family.

Congratulations to our students who performed beautiful concerts with the TMEA Region 24 All-Region Bands on Friday night! We are so proud of you! 👏👏👏

Congratulations to our students who earned a spot in the TMEA All-State Band! This is the highest accomplishment an individual musician in the state of Texas can achieve. These students will perform with the All-State ensembles at the TMEA Clinic and Convention in San Antonio in February. We are so proud!
