Due to the possibility of rain on Friday, the school has adjusted the End of Year Party schedule, so we have the option to move parties into the gym if needed.

9:25 – 10:10 – 2nd Grade Party

10:15 – 11:00 – 3rd Grade Party

11:35 – 12:20 – Kindergarten Party

12:25 – 1:10 – 1st Grade Party

1:15 – 2:00 – PreK Party

2:05 – 2:50 – 4th Grade Party

Hello Hosp Families!
It’s the end of the 2025–2026 school year, and we are going out in style! The HOSP PTA is excited to host a Foam Truck & Dippin’ Dots Party to kick off the start of summer! 🫧🍦

We need 5 volunteers per grade level to help monitor students while they enjoy the foam fun and help pass out Dippin’ Dots treats on Friday, May 22.

Please sign up for your student’s time slot (and any others you’re willing to help with) to help make this one of our students’ favorite events of the year! We’d also love for you to share this with other parents in your child’s class so we can fill all volunteer spots. 💙

🗓️ Schedule for Friday, May 22:
• 3rd Grade: 8:40 AM – 9:25 AM
• 4th Grade: 9:30 AM – 10:15 AM
• 2nd Grade: 10:20 AM – 11:05 AM
• 1st Grade: 11:35 AM – 12:20 PM
• Kindergarten: 12:25 PM – 1:10 PM
• Pre-K: 1:15 PM – 2:00 PM

⏰ Volunteer signups are scheduled for 1 hour to allow time for setup and transition between grade levels.

We’re looking for 4 parent volunteers per lunch period to supervise students as they eat. Volunteer shifts are just 30 minutes, making it an easy way to lend a hand and show appreciation.
