Pearson Band

Bravo to the Greater North Texas Youth Orchestra, including our very own Symphonic Band Bassoonist, Ben! They had a wonderful season finale concert tonight. We are so proud of Ben for representing Pearson so well!

Summer time! We said "See You Later!" to an AMAZING group of 8th graders today! We are so proud of you and can't wait to see what's in store for you next!

We had a blast celebrating at our Band Party! Thanks to everyone who came out and to our amazing band boosters for sponsoring the snacks and game truck!

The Pearson Jazz Band had a great day at the Wylie East Jazz Festival! The band put on a rockin' (and swinging) concert before getting some incredible feedback in a clinic with our judges. Then, the band went to Cicis for some food and fun.

A HUGE shoutout to the members that earned an "Outstanding Soloist" award today- Owen, Anay, Evan, Ames, Saanvi, and, because they were just that awesome, the ENTIRE trombone/euphonium/bassoon section for their work in Sing, Sing, Sing. We are so proud of you!

We had a great time seeing the Super Mario Galaxy Movie last night at Studio Movie Grill! It's always fun to spend time together as a big band family!

Beginner Band had an AMAZING day at Pinstack! They played wonderfully and were awarded a First Division PLUS!! Then we all had fun eating pizza and playing games. Way to go Beginner Band! We are so proud of you.

Symphonic Band had a SUPERIOR performance on stage and in sightreading and was awarded a SWEEPSTAKES award! We are so proud of these students for all of their hard work this year. They were pushed in a big way on their music and rose to the occasion. Way to go Symphonic Band!

What a day! We had an amazing time passing out Golden Tickets to our incoming beginners at and ! We can't wait for them to join our band family next year.

Then, Jazz Band did an outstanding job at the final pep rally of the year, along with our friends in Choir! Happy Spring Break everyone!!
