SRC field trip to My Contents Company. They are a full-service contents & restoration firm. Many times in restoration claims, a contents company is necessary. They follow a process to pack out a house, transport items to their facility for cleaning and deodorizing, and then return them to the client after the property has been restored.
Here’s an overview of the steps involved:
1. Initial Assessment
- Site Visit: The team conducts a thorough assessment of the property to understand the scope of work.
- Inventory: They create a detailed inventory of all items to be packed out, noting their condition.
2. Packing Process
- Preparation: The team gathers necessary packing materials.

3. Transportation

4. Cleaning and Deodorizing
- Unpacking: Items are unloaded and unpacked at the facility.
