Our students were so busy yesterday at KVHA!

Art contests, Portuguese presentations, group reading, Kingdom Kinesiology, Science labs, and even a little bit of foam fencing! The most important part is the firm Biblical foundation with God and Jesus at the center of it all. We love our little village and all of the beautiful men and women of God who make it happen!

I love that our school is a place where our sweet teachers get to do what they love while this sweet lady loves on their babies. This woman is such a blessing to everyone at KVHA! We love you Mrs. Renee!

We had a service day last Thursday at the home of one of our very own families. These kids were awesome as usual! Serving others is part of our culture at KVHA. Our students are truly learning the meaning of servant leadership. Thank you to all of our families who participated. You blessed this family and their home so much!

What a blessing it has been to have Mrs. Stephanie teaching our 3rd through 5th graders this semester. They have loved every minute of it!

"Surviving Off The Land" Unit Study

The 2023-2024 school year at KVHA started out quite different from previous years. Semester one had many hard moments. Moments that seemed really long while we were in them, but God was in the midst, stretching us and strengthening us. We have now moved into the new year and semester two. Through the stretching and the growing, we can now look back and say, we understand why. He is always pruning our branches so that we can grow and produce beautiful fruit. We have been able to observe and enjoy that fruit in 2024, and it is so beautiful. Our main purpose is to partner with families in their homeschool journey. To come along side of them, and love their children well. Our purpose was never to provide a full curriculum and take that off of the hands of parents who have committed to homeschooling their children, but to pour Gods love into our students and to make sure that they can grasp their God given identity while they are learning. What good is all of the education in the world, if we lose the hearts and souls of our children. We are still learning, but one thing we do well is listen to the heart of our Father. We will never cease in praying over these students and their families. We have been given such a gift to be trusted with such a responsibility. We do not take it lightly. We are so blessed every day to be a part of such a beautiful ministry. We love our KVHA students and families.❤️

Yesterday we started the new semester at KVHA. What a sweet day it was.. lots of new teachers and new students. Our older students are learning Christian Speech and Debate and Succeeding By Design ( a beautiful curriculum written to teach our students how to thrive in their life the way God designed them) this semester, and our elementary children are learning all about the History of Jewish Feasts in the Bible. Our littles are all thriving with their teachers and our second grade students are so happy to have Mrs. Jean! We loved watching all of them learn today! 2024 is going to be a great year for KVHA!

Our students are such amazing kids. We visited the BeeHive Assisted Living Facilities yesterday. These kids passed out presents, they sang Happy Birthday to a resident, they unpacked diapers for one resident, and prayed over another. We couldn't be more proud of the way these kids love others.

First day of school!

We started the school back on October 6, 2020 with 4 families. Three years later, the Lord has blessed us with 24 families! 🙌🏼☝🏼

We are so grateful for every family, student, and teacher. We pray blessings over the school year! 🙏🏼❤️

One of our favorite things to do at the end of the school year is give out awards and speak life into all of the students.

Each one is unique and special. We love to celebrate how God created each one!

Our day was filled with much JOY!! 🥰

The kids started their morning off in Chapel listening to special guest, Dana Sligar, give her testimony of how God healed her of cancer!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Then Dana prayed over one of our students who needed a physical miracle over his body. 🙏🏼

Then the kids prayed for Dana for her full physical recovery and she turned around and prayed for anyone who needed healing in their bodies! 🙏🏼

Ms. Carol, our Portuguese teacher, led the students in worship! 🙌🏼

To top off the day, one of our parents donated pizza and cupcakes to celebrate all that God has done! 🍕🧁

It was a GLORIOUS day!! ✨✨✨

With permission, I have to share the good news with all of our KVHA family and anyone who needs a boost in their faith today.

One of our precious mommas at KVHA, Dana Sligar, got sick in December. She was feeling strange and went to the emergency room to find out she had a small stroke. With testing for the stroke, they found out she had a mass on her chest, which turned out to be stage four lymphoma.

She has had a very large circle of people praying for her, and as of today, Good Friday, she is cancer free!!!

What a testimony of the goodness of our Father, Jehovah-Rapha, The God who heals.

Praise to the only One who can heal!!! God is so good and faithful!!!!

He did it for Dana, and He can do it for you!!!

When the Holy Spirit leads, it's always a beautiful thing!

Without speaking to each other, our teachers taught on the beauty of God's creation. Starting with art class with Donna Gram from Joy 2 The World who shared how God loves it when we invite Him to create with us. She shared how God can speak to us and use our gifts to create something that displays His word.

Then our pre-schoolers went outside on this warm day and drew on the sidewalk, with all the beautiful colors, leaving their creative mark.

Today was about admiring the beauty in God's creation and partnering with Him to create beautiful things. 🥰

Happy Valentines Day, from KVHA!

We had a fun-filled day at school today! 🎉

We started with Chapel reading the story of Jesus’ birth and singing Christmas carols. 🎶

Then we enjoyed donuts, making ornaments, decorating cookies, and coloring! 🍩🍪

Our little ones had a book exchange and our older kids had a white elephant gift exchange. 📚🐘

We had pizza for lunch and ended the day drinking hot cocoa and watching a Christmas movie in our pajamas! 🍕🎥🎄

Our middle schoolers had the opportunity to partner with the pre-k/kinder class to help with some crafts yesterday. It was such a sweet time to see them helping these littles. Thank you Mrs. Stacey for giving the middle school class the opportunity to serve!

What a sweet day of service our students and families had at Grace Bridge in November. We have so much to be thankful for.

We enjoyed a Thanksgiving lunch with our families! It was delicious!

Our students also put together Thanksgiving baskets for the elderly. Our families will be delivering these baskets today. Thank you to everyone who donated items!
