I have been a Certified Life Coach in Dallas since 2019 and I can honestly say that really getting to know my authentic self, healing past pain and rewriting limiting beliefs has completely changed my life. So basically exactly what I coach clients on!

⚡️My Health - I healed so fully and quickly from a spinal fusion surgery that my nurse and doctor were literally mind blown 🤯

⚡️ My Business - When I was in the hospital recovering from said surgery I signed 9 new clients. That’s right, 9!! Doing absolutely nothing but believing!

⚡️ My Life - The feelings of peace, contentment, hope, excitement, love, joy that I experience on a daily basis are like nothing I’ve ever felt before. It all hits different now!

There’s a growth spurt that happens around age 30 that no one really warns you about.

You start questioning things you used to be so sure about.

🤯 The career you thought you wanted.
🤯 The relationship you thought would last.
🤯 The friendships that no longer feel the same.
🤯 The goals you’ve been chasing because they were supposed to make you happy.

And suddenly you’re asking yourself “Wait… is this actually the life I want?”

Around age 30 your priorities shift, as does your definition of success. You’ve learned more about yourself, you’ve grown, so the version of you who made certain decisions a few years ago isn’t necessarily the version of you making decisions today.

This can happen at 25, 28, 30, 35… there’s no magic age but when it comes you’ll find yourself trying to figure out what still fits and what doesn’t anymore.

That’s where some of the best growth can happen.

It’s funny how our best qualities can also be our worst qualities.

I’m someone who is really able to lock in on what’s important to me which is good, but it can also be bad! Like right now when I’m feeling much more burned out than I care to feel and ready for some rest!

I’m so grateful for how far I have come since last Labor Day and for the fact that I am finally starting to feel like me again 🙏

I’m also so grateful to have a business that I am so passionate about!

I’m taking some time to rest and reflect - I’ve only got 1 opening in August 8/31 6pm for a free consult, otherwise consults and memberships will start in September!
