PNO Recap and upcoming Glow Tag!
๐ Our First Parent's Night Out Was a Smashing Success!
Families have been asking for a Parent's Night Out for years, and we were so glad to finally host our very first one last Friday. It turned out to be an incredible night.
The kids spent the evening running around inside and out, painting crafts in the art room, and filling up on pizza and popsicles. We also hosted a multi-round Mario Kart tournament, and a big congratulations goes to one of our upcoming 7th graders, Mason McDonald, for taking home the grand prize!
Our ultimate goal was for everyone to head home tired, and we definitely checked that box. Thanks to everyone who came out!

Hi Families,
Our first week of summer camp is officially in the books, and it was absolutely unforgettable. Ms. Lindsay had the kids knee-deep in mess and fun from the moment they arrived, and the campus has been filled with nothing but laughter and muddy shoes ever since.
We explored the physics of art with a giant paint pendulum, designed custom tie-dye shirts, and went on epic treasure hunts across our 5-acre yard. The kids also took their learning outside to master compass skills, navigating the grounds like true explorers.
Back in the shade, we explored the world of printmaking. Everyone got to use their own brayers to create unique custom prints, and we even challenged our artists to think big by painting with massive, three-foot-long paintbrushes.
Texas summers are intense, so we made sure to beat the heat with plenty of outdoor water play. Of course, no camp week is complete without a proper celebration, so we wrapped up our time together with a well-deserved round of popsicles and ice cream sandwiches.
We are so proud of how much creativity, curiosity, and teamwork the kids showed this week. Thank you for sharing them with us. We can't wait to see what next week brings!

Meadow Creek critter rescue! ๐ธ๐ฆ
Students were able to observe (from a safe distance) Ms. Carla rescue a very scared raccoon from our dumpster. The raccoon ran off to the safety of the nearby woods ๐ณ๐ฒ
We also found a stuck Gulf Coast Toad in the recess yard. He was happily released into a shaded muddy spot โบ๏ธ
