This week, our team participated in Staff Development Week, an important opportunity to grow professionally, collaborate with one another, and strengthen the quality of education and care we provide to our students each day.

We had the privilege of visiting our other two Riverstone Montessori locations, where we shared ideas, observed best practices, and learned from fellow directors and teachers. These connections help us bring fresh perspectives and new inspiration back to our classrooms.

Our team also completed CPR and First Aid certification, required annual training, and participated in Montessori-focused workshops designed to deepen our understanding of the Montessori philosophy and teaching methods.

Investing in our staff means investing in our students. We return to school more knowledgeable, better prepared, and excited for the year ahead. We can't wait to put what we've learned into practice and continue providing the nurturing, high-quality Montessori experience that our families expect and deserve.
