We had a treat at the gym today as we welcomed Suni back for her first earth workout!

Don’t want your little ones sitting inside all day not being productive? Well you’re in luck! It’s the perfect time to get them stronger and in better shape for their next sports season! Beast Mode CrossFit will be bringing back our Youth Training programs starting 6/3

Classes will be 1 hour long, and we will have 3($120) and 5($150) day options. Class times are currently pending on our enrollees availability- most likely 530/630 pm.

Don’t miss out on this opportunity to give your athlete an advantage over their competition! They will receive the most comprehensive training around!
