Mrs. Sanders our ESA Administrator will be leaving us in two weeks. We will miss her and her expertise on testing and ESA guidelines.

Please get applications, etc. in during the next 2 weeks so that we can get them processed. Her email is [email protected].

We will hopefully hire someone new in June.

HEP TX will be closed June 29-July 16 for our summer break. No one will be here to any questions.

ESA will be closed June 1 - July 16 so that we can hire a new administrator and train her. Please be patient as we go through this transitional period.

We will hopefully reopen in late July to begin processing new applications and charters.

Our EtaSigmaAlpha.com credit card machine is not working online. If you try to place an order and it does not go through, just call 281-922-0472. We will take your order and ship out the next day to help you have what you need for your student.

We are closed for Spring Break March 16-20.

ESA's National Office will be closed No. 24-28 for Thanksgiving week. We hope that each of you has a Happy Thanksgiving and enjoy celebrating with friends and family.

Jenny Sanders is the ESA Administrator. She is now working part-time and will transition to remote work in a couple of months as they are moving.

Home | National Home School Science Honor Society The purpose of the National Home School Science Honor Society shall be to recognize and encourage scholarship and interest in science among home school students.

We hope the Chapters of Eta Sigma Alpha are enjoying a wonderful and blessed school year!

Chapter and Student Member Dues
As a reminder, chapter and member dues are to be collected and submitted at the beginning of the school year annually, along with your member roster. For your convenience, member rosters are available on the Eta Sigma Alpha website, under the membership tab. I have also attached a copy of the form here for your convenience. Effective January 1, 2025, chapter dues are $40 annually, and student dues are $20/per member. Please complete the attached form and email to [email protected].

Payments can be made by card over the phone at 281-922-0472, Monday-Thursday, 9:30 am - 4 pm (CST). If sending a check, please make payable to HEPTX, and mail to the address provided on the form. Once we receive your payment, we will provide a receipt for your records.

If you have additional students join during the school year after your initial payment, please submit a second roster and payment by May 15, 2026.

Sponsor Information
In addition to the chapter roster, please provide our office with the names and contact information (email address and phone ) of your 2025-2026 chapter sponsors. We want to make sure we have the most accurate and up-to-date information on file.

Last, if for any reason your chapter will not be active for the 2025-2026 school year, please notify us in writing by December 11, 2025.
