We offer private lessons in piano, guitar, voice, and violin and have up to 6 performance opportunities every year! In addition to private lessons, we also offer several different day camps and workshops throughout the year.

𝙒𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙣𝙤𝙬?

Joshua Zapf took piano lessons at Harmony Music Academy for about 8 years until he graudated from Friendswood High School in 2020.

In 2024, he received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film & Television with a minor in post production from Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia.

Along the way, Joshua met the love of his life and they got married December 14, 2025. He and Joy currently live in Georgia and Josh is working as a online assistant editor while looking for something more substantial.

We are so proud of our longterm students and love watching them flourish as young adults!! ❤️

𝙒𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙣𝙤𝙬?

Brianne Peters was a violin student at Harmony Music Academy for many years, and even taught for us for a while while she was in high school! She graduated at the top of her class from Bay Area Christian School in 2019.

She received her Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance from Baylor University in 2023, and is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Music Therapy at the University of Iowa.

Brianne sings, as well as plays piano and guitar at work, but still plays violin whenever she can! Music continues to be a huge part of her life and it brings her joy and fulfillment to share it with others. 🎻🎶

Aly Underwood was a piano and voice student of Harmony Music Academy through her high school years until she graduated from Clear Horizons Early College High School in 2022.

She recently received her Bachelor of Arts in Education and Journalism, and is currently pursuing her Master of Education in Higher Education at Sam Houston State University.

At the moment, she is working at her university as Orientation Team Lead.

𝙒𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙣𝙤𝙬?

Eliana Emig was a student of Harmony Music Academy from junior high until she graduated high school at Clear Springs High School in 2023! She is currently pursuing a degree in American Sign Language Interpreting at University of Houston.

She is hoping to become a certified interpreter after graduation next year, but is currently focused on gaining experience working at events like the Renaissance Festival!

Congratulations to Noah for earning Ms. Margo''s Student of the Semester for Spring semester!

He is a star student! Noah is always ready for a challenge and comes to lessons totally prepared. He learns quickly and works hard, making him a joy to work with!

𝙒𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙣𝙤𝙬?

Mackenzie Davidson was a student of Harmony Music Academy from early elementary school through her Senior year of high school. She graduated from Friendswood High School in 2021 and is now working at both Deer Park High School as director of Color Guard, and Friendswood High School as the Color Guard coordinator.

Mackenzie married her high school sweetheart, Becky, in 2023! They currently live in Seabrook with their dog, Cosmo.
She still plays piano often for work so she can get ahead in choreography instead of having to wait for a track! She also plays on her own time for her own enjoyment.
