2. Some Personal Training Certifications can be attained in 24-48 hour period with an online course, but in my opinion learning to coach at a high level takes most people 2-3 years of hands on experience coaching full time

Fun Fitness Fact of The Day 😁

One of the great things about resistance training is that it allows your body to build and maintain the tissues of life including your bone and muscle tissue!

Your daily habits and tasks will communicate what your body decides is important by working to maintain the physiological processes that are necessary to allow you to continue performing these tasks

So, by lifting weights that get progressively heavier on a consistent basis you will stimulate your body to maintain these tissues and keep these functional capabilities that allow you to stay healthy and active.

If your daily habits only consist of walking or seated exercises you may not have the core strength to lift things off of the floor efficiently or the upper body strength to put something over your head without help and this will not improve without practice and progressive challenging.

So, think about the things that bring you joy today and do more of the activities that will help you to maintain the physical capabilities to do those things.

I wish I would have started earlier 😔
