The First seminar for our new association was a great success. A bit on the small side but full of serious martial artists looking for more knowledge and celebrating the camaraderie. The next one will be soon -- October! The details will be coming soon.

Back on Saturday during the Phoenix Korean Sword Association seminar, students of WTMA held a memorial for Austin Hummel. Several from his family including his wife and daughters attended. Stories were told and hearts felt a little emptier from the loss. The opportunity to share our stories with his family helped both.

Classes are cancelled Thursday 5/14 due to another activity in the school.

A student of 20 years recently passed away. We will be doing a small memorial for Austin Hummel during the Phoenix Korean Sword Association seminar.

This will take place on Saturday 5/16 at 1pm in the Friday middle school front gym. If you knew Austin, you are welcome to join us.
