The results that you EARN in the gym go far beyond the physical change that you will see, that's just an added benefit. The change that takes place in how your goals, your mindset, and your habits are shaped is where you will see the most impact. I didn't start truly working out until I was 18, 6'1" tall and weighed 155lbs (I'm 24 and weigh 190lbs right now). But from the gym, I learned that when you just show up and put in work the results will occur, naturally. Now, imagine the possibilities if we take this ideaology and apply to all the areas of life?!? What an opportunity and blessing each of us has every day when we wake up with another breathe in our lungs.

Here's a great finisher for isolating the biceps! 3 sets of 10 reps, after completing the final set take a ten second break and go for three more reps, repeat that process for as many sets as possible! 💪

💥Dip Tip #1: Notice the focus on getting the right grip, making sure the thumb is tightly wrapped around the bar

💥Dip Tip #2: Visualize that as you get to full extension of the elbows you are "stamping" your tricep, focus on flexing at the top and you will feel the difference. I have been using this visualisation for about a month and can see the results.
