The results that you EARN in the gym go far beyond the physical change that you will see, that's just an added benefit. The change that takes place in how your goals, your mindset, and your habits are shaped is where you will see the most impact. I didn't start truly working out until I was 18, 6'1" tall and weighed 155lbs (I'm 24 and weigh 190lbs right now). But from the gym, I learned that when you just show up and put in work the results will occur, naturally. Now, imagine the possibilities if we take this ideaology and apply to all the areas of life?!? What an opportunity and blessing each of us has every day when we wake up with another breathe in our lungs.
