Art Venture Production Academy students had the opportunity to interview the Jerry Dyer, the Mayor of Fresno, during the Mayor’s Community Cleanup event!
During the event, McLane students, teachers, counselors and administrators got together to help beautify not only our campus, but the surrounding neighborhood.

Art Venture Production Academy students started the year off by helping clean up our surrounding community along with teachers, admin and our awesome football team, interviewing the Mayor of Fresno, and learning all about visual storytelling. Great job everyone!

Last year, the Art Venture Academy took a look at the meaning of the word "Sheroes", and who the Sheroes are in our community. We held a live broadcast featuring outstanding women from our community, and created artwork that represented Sheroes that our students' researched.
