So excited to announce we will be hosting our next 2 hour Women’s Self Defense Workshop presented by Saturday, June 21st, 11am to 1pm 👏🏻

This class makes a great Mother’s Day gift. It is also ideal for moms/daughters, teenagers, young adults, friends, co-workers, mom’s day out, Teambuilding and/or for anyone who wants to learn what to do if the situation should arise in which you need to protect yourself.
This class is designed to help you understand the key points of self defense against larger more aggressive attackers. The ideas and techniques taught here will help give you the confidence to deal with dangerous situations. We will cover situational awareness, boundary setting, presenting assurance as well as escape techniques. This class is aimed at those who desire the ability to defend themselves in a real world situation where your life might be on the line.
Come ready to move. Wear appropriate athletic clothing.
*Must be 12 or older to attend. If under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
*This is an all levels class. It is appropriate for all. Don’t let the thought, “I am not in shape”, stop you. This is not a workout class. Yes, you will be moving but you move everyday so you can do this.
*Cost of this workshop is $55 for one or $80 for two. If you register prior to May 21st our 🐤 early early bird special is $35 and by June 7th our 🐦 early bird special is $45.
