Last night we celebrated a historic milestone for our pathway. Our graduating high school students earned their Associate Degrees in Medical Assisting through our partnership with Fresno City College, , before even receiving their high school diplomas.
Congratulations Class of 2026. Your hard work opened doors for your future and for the students who will follow behind you.

Today marked the final volunteer shift at Community Regional Medical Center, , for our senior class.
Thank you to every department, staff member, volunteer manager, and mentor who welcomed our students, invested in them, and gave them a chance to learn through service. Your guidance helped shape the next generation of healthcare professionals.
We are proud of our seniors for the compassion, professionalism, and dedication they showed throughout their time serving the community.
This is only the beginning. 🩺🎓

Our seniors spent last week volunteering at Community Regional Medical Center and gaining firsthand experience in patient care, teamwork, and hospital operations.
We are thankful to the hospital, departments, and staff who welcomed our students and invested their time into teaching the next generation of healthcare professionals. Opportunities like this help students grow their skills, build confidence, and better understand what it means to serve their community through healthcare.

Mendota High School’s PreMed Club, , visited our Patient Care Pathway for hands-on clinical training.
Students practiced suturing and performed injections while focusing on proper technique and safety.
Experiences like this build confidence and show what healthcare careers demand. We enjoyed working with this group.

On Tuesday, our seniors from the Patient Care Pathway presented their hospital internship poster projects to healthcare professionals, department teams, and hospital leadership.
Students shared what they learned through volunteer experiences across departments at Community Regional Medical Center, reflecting on clinical skills gained, teamwork, patient care, and a deeper understanding of the hospital environment.
Their presentations showcased more than student projects. They reflected growth, professionalism, and the value of mentorship and hands on learning. We are thankful to for giving our students the opportunity to be inspired and giving our students meaningful clinical experiences. We appreciate the strong community partnership.

Our students took the stage at Fresno City College to present their community awareness projects with Fresno County Health Corps.
They shared their work with leaders across the field, including Dr. Solis (.trinidad.solis), Fresno County Department of Public Health, and CalViva Health (). Thank you to all the sponsors for making this event possible.

Last week, Community Regional Medical Center hosted a résumé and job training workshop for our students.
The workshop supports students enrolled in Career Technical Education (CTE) and the Regional Occupational Program (ROP) through Fresno County CTE/ROP.
They provided hands-on mentoring to our students.
