Our studio is officially kicking things into high gear!

After an AWESOME turnout at our Open Polynesian Workout Session in August, we’re so excited to welcome all of our new students joining us for the fall semester! 🙌🏽✨

The energy in the studio each week has been incredible. Seeing our dancers show up, work hard, grow together, and share such a strong love for Polynesian culture is what makes this place so special.

We couldn’t be more proud of our students and teachers for the heart, passion, and dedication they continue to pour into every class. ❤️

We are truly blessed with an amazing studio ʻohana, and we are SO READY for everything the weeks and months ahead have in store!

Fall semester… LET’S GO! 🔥🌺

What a week it’s been for our No Te Here O Te Hiro’a show teams! 🌺

Our dancers and drummers have been on the move all across the Central Valley, sharing a little Aloha everywhere we go — even traveling all the way out to Santa Maria to perform for some wonderful communities.

And of course, when you’re traveling together, some of the best memories happen in between the performances. ❤️ We spent the day enjoying beautiful Pismo Beach, made our must-have stop at Splash Café, visited the animals at Avila Valley Barn, and finished things off with some delicious desserts from the Madonna Inn. Not a bad way to spend a day with our Polynesian Club ‘ohana!

A huge thank you to all of our incredible dancers, drummers, and especially our kiddos who came out, performed their hearts out, and represented our club so well at every stop. We know these days can be long, but seeing everyone laughing, performing, eating together, traveling together, and making memories is what makes it all worth it.

We’re grateful for every opportunity we get to share Polynesian culture with communities throughout California, and even more grateful that we get to experience these adventures together. 🌴🥁🌺

Here’s to many more miles, performances, and memories with our amazing ‘ohana! ❤️

What an incredible way to kick off August! 🌺❤️

This past weekend, 10 of our dancers — Kalani DeLosSantos, Sara Medellin, Isabelle Emerich, Ezra Silagan, Jacquelyn Andaya, Kaedyn Biltz, Jayce Biltz, Vivian Baer, Aaliyah Herrera, and Teacher Ariel Garcia — represented No Te Here O Te Hiro'a at Heiva San Diego, and we couldn't be prouder.

Friday began with the Mehura/Aparima categories where Sara, Jacquelyn, and Ariel gave beautiful performances. We also had the chance to celebrate our beloved matriarch, Linda Kuma, on her birthday, making an already special day even more memorable. Saturday brought solo preliminaries, and seeing Sara, Ezra, Kaedyn, Jayce, Aaliyah and Vivian all advance to BOTH Semi-Finals and Finals was such an exciting moment!

On Sunday, we had the opportunity to watch some incredible group performances, including Ezra Silagan and Teacher Ari Ojeda performing with Pupu Ori Ha'ai under the direction of Tylon Buendia and Rina Brenner. Mahalo, Ty and Rina, for welcoming them into such an amazing production, and congratulations to the entire group on your outstanding placements, including the Overall Mana Award!

A huge congratulations to our solo tāne, Jayce Biltz and Kaedyn Biltz! 🏆 Jayce earned 1st Place, while Kaedyn, competing for the very first time, took home 2nd Place. We are so proud of both of you and grateful to Teacher Kolei for helping guide them on their 'Ori Tahiti journey.

Mahalo to all of our parents, family, and friends who cheered us on both in San Diego and from home, and to our amazing teachers for the love, dedication, and guidance they pour into our students every step of the way.

Here's to an unforgettable start to August! ❤️🌺

July may have been our studio's break, but it was anything but quiet! 🌺💙

Our ʻohana had an unforgettable month traveling to Hawaiʻi, cheering on our extended family, the Temanaha Family, and our friends of Te Vai Ura Nui at Tahiti Fête of Hawaiʻi. We were so proud to watch Kolei perform with the incredible Hiva Katoa, and to see Kieryanah Gonzalez represent our studio so beautifully in the solo competition.

At the same time, our very own Ari Ojeda was oceans away in Tahiti, proudly performing with the world-renowned TeMaeva at this year's Heiva i Tahiti. We couldn't be more proud of her and everything she continues to accomplish while representing our studio and our community with such passion and grace. ❤️

Beyond the stage, we made memories exploring the islands, shopping for new costumes, and celebrating our Raʻatira, Martha Kuma's, birthday together. We even came home just in time to enjoy the live-action Moana premiere as a studio family—and were honored to be featured live on ABC30 Action News!

Even with classes on break, our dancers stayed busy performing at luaus and preparing for competitions. We took 15 soloists to Manahere I Ori Tahiti in Milpitas and were thrilled to bring home 6 trophies, while our show teams continued sharing Polynesian culture at events throughout the month.

Mahalo to all of our family, friends, dancers, and supporters for making July so special. ❤️ We're excited to kick off a brand new season of classes this August! If you've been thinking about joining our ʻohana, we'd love to welcome you.
