Roosevelt Health Academy

Roosevelt Health Academy Juniors take medical careers class while simultaneously undergoing practical training in various departments at Community Regional Center-Fresno.

Roosevelt High School Health Academy was founded in 1997 by Science teachers Gary Sellers and Dan Jeung. 10th graders enter the academy taking a medical careers class. Seniors engage in more intensive practical training at Community Regional Center acute clinics, while simultaneously taking classes at Duncan Polytechnical High School where they will earn their Certified Nurses Assistance license
