It's just amazing to see young students forming ability and passion at such young ages. That is why we strive to offer a huge variety of lessons for all different age groups! We even have classes available to very young students, kids who are in the perfect stage of development to begin the introduction to music!

Do your kids need something to do? Why not give MUSIC FUN TIME a try? (Recommended for ages 4-6)

These classes are 15 minutes long, they are one-on-one, and they are hosted on Zoom. After sign up, you'll receive a bag of instruments and have homework/worksheets to complete every week!

Our program is based on Johns-Hopkins Research that teaches primary school students to read music notation/symbols and play instruments while fostering their ability to grasp math and science as they develop. It's easy, it's fun, and it's a great way to keep the little ones occupied... Give your kids a musical jump-start!

A Magical Connection of Math & Science through Music.
MusicFunTime – an innovative and proven early childhood curriculum, has music classes for kids 24 months to 7 years old. Music FunTime is not a simple play group where children sing, dance, jump & play instruments. Our program is based on Johns-Hopkins Research that children 7 and under can learn to read music notation and symbols, play instruments, while fostering their ability to grasp math and science as they develop.
Many of us discover the power of music on children when we find the "just-right" tune that lulls our baby to sleep. Or we witness it when a certain song repeatedly evokes squeals of toddler laughter. Whether calming or energizing, music is a wonderful tool for teaching and motivating your children.
There’s no time or place we know of in human history without evidence of music. Some scientists believe that music existed among people before language did. Whether, in the end, music makes us smart, or smarter, may not be the point. What may be the point: We need music – it’s food for thought.
With Music FunTime at Fresno Music Academy and Arts your child will learn to understand music, believe it or not, they learn music theory, yes they learn music in a similar way that they learn language, colors, names, etc., through age appropriate lessons, introductions to instruments, percussion and more. A child who spend their formative years learning music is much further along and adept when it comes time for them to graduate to private lessons.
