We want to take a moment to acknowledge our friend and colleague, Linda, who begins a new chapter in her career. During her tenure at ELF, she was a fierce defender of the rights of immigrant families and the underserved. We are sure she will continue making a difference for us all. ¡Gracias!

Today is a bittersweet day for our team as we say goodbye to our HR Director, An, who is leaving to continue serving the community in a new role with another organization. We are deeply grateful for her tireless dedication, leadership, and contributions to ELF and our team. We wish her all the success in this new chapter!

This July, over 100 advocates, leaders, and professionals met at the Regional Network Hub for Immigrant Families Convening in Sacramento. It was an inspiring day of partnership, connection, and shared learning on how to best support immigrant families across our communities.
