This week, our CEO Edgar co-facilitated one of our Leadership Development workshops at the National Association of Workforce Boards 2025 event The Forum. Hundreds of workforce development leaders converged on Washington DC, and we wanted to share a few of the themes we heard time and time again:
👉🏼 Find me the people with the capacity to learn and I will train them
👉🏼 People are leaving our area and the “Brain Drain” is starting to hurt the community
👉🏼 Companies promote strong workers but do not train them to manage others...let alone lead.
We are on a mission to change that and infuse Soft Skills (aka, the things everyone agrees are needed to be successful) into every aspect of our lives, starting with work. ⭐🚀

This week was an exciting week for IMAGO. Our CEO Edgar was on Capitol Hill this week rubbing elbows with the policy makers shaping the future of the workforce. His mission? Get Soft Skills on the report card, or smile trying!
