The AGCC of Fresno works with local organizations to commemorate and raise awareness about the Armenian Genocide.
The San Joaquin Valley’s Armenian Community has come together to form the Armenian Genocide CommemorativeCommittee, an umbrella association established to commemorate the 101th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide throughout this year and 2016. Working under the theme “Commemoration, Education, Inspiration”, the committee is made-up of representatives from the community’s religious, educational, social, and political organizations.

April 24, 2026. Thank you Fresno, for joining us to remember and honor our 1.5 million martyrs on the 111th Anniversary of the Armenian Genocide. We are proud to be a part of this rich community that has carried on the legacy of our ancestors and kept the torch burning brightly. We will continue to remember, commemorate, and educate with your support.
