just to let you all know that Ken (Kenny) Fleming passed away. He died on Thursday, March 28. There will be a graveside service for Kenny on Wednesday April 10, 2024, at 10:30 am at Fresno Memorial Gardens, 175 S. Cornelia Ave., Fresno.

Greetings everyone. It's been a while. Hope you are well and as anxious for spring as I am.

We have, unfortunately, lost another classmate. Larry Garcia passed away on March 2, 2024. I don't have a cause. His funeral service will be March 27 at 10:30 at Whitehurst Funeral Home, 836 E. Nees, Fresno. Burial will follow at Belmont Memorial Park.

Larry was married to Yolanda Alvarez who was also in our class.

My sympathy goes out to Yoli and her family.

I want to let you know that we have lost 2 classmates. Doug Perkins passed away on February 15 and Ron Drioane died the week before that.

I don't have any other information but will pass along anything I hear about funeral arrangements.

I know we are getting to "that age" but I for one am still affected by this. Enough said.

Our reunion is fast approaching. To accommodate more people the registration deadline has been extended to September 23. This gives you several more days to get your check in. Also, because of many requests, we have opened the reunion up to grads from 1965 to 1969. If you have a sibling, good friend or anyone you know from any of the above years contact them and tell them to get their check mailed in.

To register for the entire evening, including dinner, the fee is $55 per person. Dinner choices are beef or chicken with sides and dessert. If you would like to skip dinner you can arrive no earlier than 7:30, pay $25, and enjoy the music, dancing and no host bar. The reunion ends at 11:00 pm.

If you don't have a registration form just mail your check, along with your name (ladies please include your maiden name), address, phone #, and email address to:RHS67 Reunion Committee, 6575 E. Montecito Ave., Fresno CA 93727. Please make your check out to RHS67 Reunion Committee. Also don't forget to indicate your choice of beef or chicken for dinner.

The reunion runs from 5:30 to 11:00 pm. Dinner from 6:30 to 7:30.

Greetings to everyone. If you live in the central valley I sincerely hope you are tolerating the heat. I was at the coast last week and boy what a difference!

To the class of 1967 I want to announce our 55th class reunion. The reunion will be held October 1, 2022, at the Piccadilly Inn on W. Shaw (in Fresno). It will run from 5:30 to 11:00 pm. There will be a sit down dinner (chicken and tri tip) and after dinner a DJ and dancing. The cost is $55 per person. There will be no fund raising for scholarships and no raffles this time. Flyers are in process right now and should be mailed or emailed out to everyone by the middle of next week (don't hold me to that though). Just know if you have not received a flyer probably by the 3rd week of August message me here and I will see that one is sent to you. If you have moved or changed your email address in the last 5 years and want to attend this event know that flyers will go to your old address (unless you changed it with me).

In the obituaries from the Fresno Bee yesterday was an announcement for the passing of Linda Borunda (married name). I have talked to a couple of people and we all agree she looks familiar but the announcement didn't give a maiden name. If any of you remember this person can you please message me? I have the master class list and am keeping track of everyone.

Just a note to let you all know that another classmate has passed away. Dean Palmer died from cancer on May 12. He has a twin brother named Dana. I don't have any other information at this time.

For the class of 1967, there will be a 55th class reunion. The date is set for October 1, 2022. More details will follow. There will not be a Save the Date flyer this time. You will receive a registration flyer in July. If you have not gotten a flyer by the end of July contact me here and I will see that you get one.

I have learned that our classmate Patricia "Patty" Renfro has passed away. She died last week. Patty was at our 50th class reunion. She was such a nice person.

I'm not sure what I was thinking but I left out the dates for the viewing and the funeral for Dudley. Viewing will be February 16 and the funeral is February 17. Sorry for the confusion.

Update: There will be a funeral for Dudley. The service will be at St. Paul Armenian Church, 3767 N. First St., 93726

Visitation: Wednesday evening 5 to 7 pm
Service: Thursday morning 10:00 am

Both events are at the church.
