Did you know today is Universal Children's Day??
I believe it is our job at Birdy's Kids in Motion to speak up today
( and every day) for our children's rights for proper care and education... which includes the arts!
Our kiddos need to move, dance, and sing! It is so important for their health and well being!

We will be dropping off donations...so if anyone would like to donate, we can pick up if needed!
Anyone who needs anything please show up at clovis hills church in the AM. The parking lot is open all night for anyone to park. There is water and lots of donations available for anyone evacuated and in need.
Red Cross at clovis north is no longer accepting donations. They are sending everyone across the street. Red Cross is doing hotel vouchers and evacuee check ins all night. Here are the biggest needs:
First responders: tall wool socks, waters (currently truck can’t get up to bring waters but the fire crew up the hill knows we have water and will be getting some from clovis hills tomorrow)
Evacuees: Greatest needs: bread, peanut butter or spreads, jelly, kids items for comfort (small stuffed animal, coloring set with crayons, small bagged toys, lego sets bagged up, crayola color kits) meals that are shelf stable but can be cooked in a microwave with no prep (easy mac, cup noodles, micro oatmeal, pre made meals shelf stable) apples, individual cereals, towels, socks, new packages of undershirts, new packages of underwear, diapers, wipes, toiletries.
So far good on water and toothbrushes, snacks.
Feel free to drop off at Clovis Hill church. Across the street from the Red Cross center at clovis north.
