She is back! While Robyn Beer was visiting from Texas, we had so much fun recording two podcasts together. She has great knowledge of the Clear Thinking Method, with some of the fundamentals like viewing perspectives. The second epidosde more of a Q&A format.

I think we had a little too much fun record. We could do 20 more!

If you've ever been to a Trauma YOUniversity 101 or 201 workshop with us in the past, join us this Saturday, August 24th from 9am-3pm for Trauma YOUniversity 301! Lunch is included, and we'll be covering many helpful tools to use when helping people access their best state of mind, better manage their tension and stress, and work through their trauma.
