Physics Outreach is a team of Fresno State's future teachers learning to teach science. We teach science in a very interactive way.

We load a van with an array of curious objects and go to schools or community events to present scientific concepts through fun, hands-on activities. Here at Fresno State we teach a Physics Outreach service-learning course that has many benefits for many people. We have been developing a team of many to enhance our Physics Outreach service-learning course. Our team includes members from: Education

Ever wonder what our Graduate students are up to? 🤔 There is a virtual colloquium this Friday, Nov. 13th from 3-4 pm that will show you just that! The speakers are three Fresno State students who will talk about their research. Speakers are Blanca Nino and Dan Brown who will talk about their work on the ATLAS experiment and Joey Contreras who will talk about his work on quantum gravity via modified commutators. Learning all about physics this morning with Fresno State Physics Outreach. I was able to pull myself up there with 1/4 of my weight!! I feel strong 💪🏼 but I am not. It’s science!!!
