The mats are set. The times are locked. Now it’s time to SHOW UP.

This Saturday, GB Sienna is rolling into JiuJitsu World League with our biggest competition team yet — and these athletes are ready to put their training to the test.

They’ve put in the rounds. They’ve had the hard practices. They’ve been pushed by their coaches and their teammates. Now it’s competition day.

If you’re not competing, COME SUPPORT THE TEAM. Fill the stands. Be loud. Cheer for every GB Sienna athlete like they’re family — because they are.

Competitors: find your name, check your mat, know your time, and arrive READY.

Win or lose, we walk in together and we walk out together.

🚨 GB SIENNA — SCHOOL CLOSED SATURDAY, AUGUST 22 🚨

This Saturday, we’re trading the academy mats for the competition mats.

Gracie Barra Sienna will be CLOSED for ALL classes so our coaches, students, families, and teammates can head out to Jiu Jitsu World League and support the biggest competition team we’ve ever brought to an event!

Nearly 30 GB Sienna competitors will be stepping onto the mats representing our school. Now we need the rest of the team there making some noise for them.

Even if you’re not competing, come out, support your teammates, watch some great Jiu-Jitsu, and be part of the experience.

Competitors fight individually.

But nobody from GB Sienna fights alone.

There are billions of people in this world.

Most will spend their lives trying to make things easier.

At Gracie Barra Sienna, we teach our students something different:

Don’t run from hard things. Learn how to handle them.

Every time you step onto the mats, you make a choice.

Show up when staying home would be easier.
Keep going when you’re exhausted.
Stay calm when you’re uncomfortable.
Learn when you lose.
Stay humble when you win.

Because Jiu-Jitsu was never just about learning how to fight.

It’s about discovering what happens when you’re tired, frustrated, nervous, under pressure—and you refuse to quit.

For our kids, that means confidence that doesn’t come from someone telling them they’re great. It comes from proving to themselves that they can do hard things.

For our adults, it means becoming stronger, healthier, more disciplined, and finding out you’re capable of a hell of a lot more than you thought.

You don’t need to be athletic to start.
You don’t need to be in shape first.
You don’t need experience.

You just need the courage to walk through the door.

The rest, we’ll build together.

This is bigger than belts.
Bigger than medals.

We’re building people who are harder to break.

Everyone wants confident kids.

Very few are willing to let them do hard things.

Jiu-Jitsu teaches kids that losing isn’t the end… it’s where growth begins. Every class builds confidence, discipline, resilience, and respect—one challenge at a time.

One day they’ll leave our mats.

Our goal is to make sure they never leave the lessons behind.
