🟥🟦Hey Team!! Exciting news, Coach Kiano will be stepping into a new role as Head Coach! Kiano has his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology - Athletic Training, and is currently pursuing his Master’s in Athletic Training at Fresno State. Kiano has also coached at two other F45’s in the Bay Area, bringing a unique perspective to the studio. Kiano will be focusing on fine-tuning our executions on the floor so we can deliver the highest possible energy, technical coaching, and motivation, leading to an elevated member experience. If you have any questions or concerns about our studio, feel free to address them to Kiano. We’re stepping into a new chapter and are excited to see our studios grow in the coming months. Please join me in congratulating Kiano! 💪

I’m a nursing student who believes that exercise is medicine 🩺 I’ve been a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) for the past 3 years, and I’m passionate about helping others reach their goals through both one-on-one coaching and group fitness classes 💪🏼 When I’m not in the gym or studying, you’ll find me traveling or chasing new adventures 🫣 I’m passionate about helping others build strength, confidence, and healthy habits that last a lifetime!
