It is with great sadness that I share the news that one of our beloved staff members, Mr. Steve Cox, passed away unexpectedly early this morning.

After thoughtful consideration, and with the guidance of the district’s psychology team, we are informing Mr. Cox’s classes of his passing earlier today. It was important to us that our students heard this news directly from us rather than from outside sources.

Our staff is aware of Mr. Cox’s passing, we are supporting them during this time of loss and we have a plan in place to support the rest of our student community as they process this loss.
We ask that you please keep Mr. Cox’s family and loved ones in your thoughts during this incredibly difficult time.

We will always remember Steve, or “Coach Cox,” for his dedication to his students, his passion for the arts and ceramics, and the countless hours he devoted to coaching football and wrestling. His commitment to our students is immeasurable, and we know his impact will be lasting and never forgotten.

Bullard Community! Get ready to join us for a new Homecoming tradition! We are so excited to welcome you to our ✨2025 Homecoming Festival✨! Join us for an unforgettable night filled with so much fun! Come watch our annual Homecoming Skits, watch us crown our Homecoming Royalty, watch special performances from our band and cheer programs, enjoy delicious food from our food trucks, shop from local retail vendors, take part in some face painting, all while enjoying the sounds of our live bands on our huge outdoor stage!!! We will also be having a PARADE OF PROGRAMS, showcasing all our athletic and academic programs! This is a night for all ages and you won’t want to miss out! Save the date and join us for the start of something new at Bullard!
